I just want to take a moment and rate my experience at Stevens Creek Mazda. Our salesperson was Brycen. He is very knowledgeable, and his customer service is superb! His approach is quite relaxed without making you feel pressured in any way, which I really appreciate. Brycen listens to what you want and then applies his expertise to give different options to fulfill your needs/wants. He is thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I have been doing my research for quite some time, and I knew I wanted a Mazda CX5. I left today with my dream car! The manager, Radu, and finance director Shahid were also a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the team effort when working out the numbers. Truly professional throughout the entire process. Finally, Brycen took the time to walk us out after our purchase and even helped me connect my Bluetooth and made sure I understood all of the car settings before taking off for the evening. This is my 3rd 5-Star updated review, just bought our 3rd Mazda from 'Short Mike' at Stevens Creek Mazda. A testament to how much we like dealing with this dealer and specifically short Mike is that we moved some years back to the East Bay so it was a 60+ mile journey to go buy this car today! Anyway, 3 cars over 15 years, all from short Mike and all happy purchases, make from that what you will. I recommend asking by name.

This might be the first time I'm reviewing an experience at a car dealership (I usually stick to food and drink!), but the experience I had was too good to keep quiet about thanks in large part to my service advisor John Downey. My wife and I took a chance and purchased a used Mazda CX-5 via Carvana earlier in January, and because ALL the blogs say to get it inspected within the "7 day guaranteed window," I scheduled an appointment with the service department at Mazda the day after we picked up the car for the complimentary multi-point inspection. As luck would have it - John and his team found things that needed to be fixed and replaced - engine air filter, cabin air filter, and all four tires. I asked John if he'd work with Carvana's insurance company (SilverRock), and without hesitation, John obliged and was able to get those items completely paid for through the warranty. Saved me a ton of headache down the road. John's approach was non-salesy - he empathized with my situation, and I knew right away that I was in good hands. Super communicative and even gave me a loaner as repairs were being done. Thanks for your help and advisory, John!
